My company used Pure and Authentic Tourism in December for the first time. They were absolutely outstanding. Their company supported a 14 person operation for an entire week as we broke off into multiple elements throughout southern Angola. Their ability to maintain flexibility in the face of constant change, support us with translators when we needed it, and even assist us with financial concerns when our US bank stopped working proved to be invaluable part of our trip. The company is owned and managed by German-Angolan dual citizens who bring every bit of the famous German professionalism to bear. Their drivers showed up early every single day and were extremely professional around our client. Having locals that were able to negotiate military and police checkpoints prevented untold costs in both time and cash bribes. Having them around to assist with the day-to-day life in Angola prove to be critical to our success. When we were out of cell phone signal or operating at odd hours we were able to trust the P&A head office to maintain flawless communication with our corporate office in United States. The ability to place a request for a flight or hotel reservation and then disappear into the bush for several days at a time was incredible. We’ve conducted the similar mission in South Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa, and the Congo, among others and this is by far the most capable transportation company I’ve ever use in Africa. All the managers speak perfect English, German, and Portuguese and they ensured that someone was always available to support us no matter the time of the day. I cannot speak more highly of their services. We will use their services for every future mission we have in Angola. It it my hope that they soon expand their form of services to surrounding nations soon!

Trouble-free and instant correspondence in German, Portuguese and English. The city tour offered was varied and led us to all the important ones Points and sights. A visit to a typical market was the highlight the tour because it was very "up close". Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, considerate driver. Acceptable offers in the supposedly "most expensive city in Africa", but not right. All in all a nice day in Luanda !!!!! Many thanks to Joao and his team, we would love to come back.

Had a great 4 day tour visiting Piedras Negras, Kalandula Falls, Shipwreck Beach and a National Park. Service and guides were outstanding!

We had the most amazing trip to angola! Joao and Ricardo were truly outstanding. In 3 days, we covered all of the highlights and this team made it happen. Hotels, food, sights, people - all beyond our wildest expectations.

Angola is not yet well developed in terms of tourism, and finding a good guide is also not easy. We were only in Angola for a week and reported to PA at very short notice. João immediately organized everything. We did two tours: 1 city tour Luanda and day tour to Kissama National Park. I can fully recommend both. Our guide and our drivers were great! Very personable, just good hosts. We were very lucky in the national park, we saw a lot of elephants, giraffes and zebras. Amazing! Everyone was nice, we were the only tourists apart from an Angolan family. That is fun! Gladly again!

Professional and flexible service, good contact via email and whatsapp, nice english speaking guides. We booked a day tour to Kissama park and had a very nice and intresting day :) Recommendations!

I and my friends traveled from Germany to Angola, had the most remarkable trip with Pure & Authentic Tourism. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our tour guides and crew truly cared about us, and they did their best to make this trip memorable. Our trip to Kalandula falls and Sassa caves were stunning and adventurous, something me and my friends will remember for many years to come. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent amenities provided to us during our day trips to the Capital city Luanda, Food and stay were very good. The diversity of our trip: from archaeological to nature sites was excellent which put this trip into the A-plus category, Angola Tourism Pure & Authentic Tourism team made us feel safe and were super friendly. We definitely will be back to experience more places in Angola. I would highly recommend making a tour with them. Cheers!
